sorry, but i disagree- altough things have improved in Russia, SatW stereotype isnt actually too far from reality, at least based on statistics- russians are one of most alcohol-consuming countries. Also, modern Russia doesnt want or just doesnt seem to want (verified by my russian friends, who do live in Russia) to admit mistakes it has done in the past, as it still doesnt want to accept, that Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Poland are independent (purely my opinion about Kreml politics, NOT russians themselves).
Russia is definetly lovely country, i like russian people, but i just hate the official politics of Russia. i mean, Russia has short, but interesting history, lots of cultural achievements, but sadly these have always been overshadowed by official politics...

no problem. I always love debates, but i never argue under 3rd party's profile/art. If some people want to ignore historical data (revealed soviet documents) and believe myths, who am i to stop them, as long as they dont hurt others.

So bla-bla-bla all that "mistakes it has done in the past", we have make together. Do not try to look like noble High Elven in Mordor. If USSR was bla-bla-bla-bad-guy, so was Estonian too. If not - stop blame anyone for your own deeds. Forget about "occupation" rhetorics, war mean war anytime in any political decisions, for any regimes of any Superstate. And, for a second, USSR float in disaster of World War II to the paranoia of Cold War. If USSR have not fight Nazi from Lithuanian borders, USSR may lost Leningrad or Moscow, and You lived now in some other EU, called Third Reich. Does it nice to You? Then Cold War was ended little Estonia has gain all Soviet industry, mostly up-to-date industry, and "freedom". Now Estonia in EU, so you are again in "occupation" :), and you can look for up-to-date industry, what still in Estonian property. Only Russia, as good will, have payed soviet debts, and wrote off debts of other countries. So stop talking nonsense. Where is no bear.

About short history you have make me double facepalm. Estonia have to stop this ridiculous trying to teach Russia. This you have to learn, and keep treasure of IMHO with You. May the force be with You, Young Padavan.

ох...Костя, в каждой стране историю учат по разному XD
это не хорошо и не плохо - это факт...просто факт, мы его либо принимаем либо нет х)
например, мы учим история так - что у нас капец, все как офигенно и мы всегда хорошие и круче всех(это хорошо, это патриотично...это правильно, так учат в каждой стране СВОЮ историю)
тем более теме сказали, что против русского народа ничего не имеют...недовольны только политикой...а у нас как в той поговорке "котлеты отдельно, мухи отдельно" х)
тем более такая клевая песенка!))
